Signing into MS Teams
For staff and full-time teachers, select Staff Sign In and use your Staff User ID and password to sign into MS Teams.
For part-time teachers, select Teacher Sign In and use your Teacher No. and password to sign into MS Teams. If you don't have a computer account, or forgot your account password, please click here to activate your account.
For students, select Student Sign In and use your Student No. and password to sign into MS Teams. If you don't have a computer account, or forgot your account password, please click here to activate your account.
You can also use either the Microsoft Teams client program or its web version to sign in MS Teams.
I. Download Microsoft Teams client
1. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads, and click "Download Teams".
II. Use web version of Microsoft Teams
1. Go to https://products.office.com/en-WW/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software?market=hk
2. Click "Sign in".
3. Type in your account and password and click "Next".
For Staff and Full-time Teachers: User_ID@hkuspace.hku.hk
For Part-time Teachers: Teacher_No@learner.hkuspace.hku.hk
For Students: Student_No@learner.hkuspace.hku.hk
4. Sign in with your computer account and password.
5. After successfully signing in, you can start using Microsoft Teams.
